Returns & Refunds Policy

Please understand that we accept exchanges and refunds only in exceptional cases.

If you have a concern or wish to exchange/request a refund, you may do so by emailing info@engamdesigns.com within 30 days of your purchase date.

We will do our best to correct the issue, but we cannot be held responsible for mishandling by shipping services that results in breakage. Your items will always packaged securely and in good condition. Broken items are the responsibility of USPS, and you may file claims related to broken items through USPS within 60 days.
